Premier Division - International Distance Only
Athletes wishing to compete in the Premier Division must have competed in an international-distance triathlon within the last 12 months and with overall times of 2 hr 15 minutes for men and 2 hr 30 minutes for women. Athletes in the Premier Division removes them from being eligible for age group awards.
The First Responders Division is open to all active and retired public safety personal (FD/PD/EMS/MILITARY/ETC). Proof of status must be provided and will be verified.
If you want to complete the race with another participant who is not in your age group (mom, brother, friend, etc.), the Buddy Wave is for you. This will be the last wave of the race. Buddy Wave participants will not be eligible for awards or age group placements but will receive a finisher's medal and an official time. To join the Buddy Wave, choose this option through the registration process.
If you're new to the sport and want to start with our other first-time triathletes, join us in our brand new First Timer Wave. This will be the second to last wave. First Timer Wave participants will not be eligible for awards or age group placement but will receive a finisher's medal and an official time. To join the First Timer Wave, choose this option through the registration process.
Participants have the option to enter the international or sprint distance relay team, consisting of 2–3 people. You can choose which person will complete each specific discipline. Team members share a single timing chip, which is passed from one team member to another in transition.
The Collegiate division will showcase current college students within the International distance. Top three female/male finishers will earn awards. Students must show a current student ID at Packet Pick Up to guarantee entry.
The Paratriathlon Division is available to athletes with a medically verified physical, visual, or neurological impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities. Three classification categories include:
